o Working closely with HQ for strategy alignment
· Establishing processes to monitor trade sales progress, identifying market potential & selecting partners for strategic alliances resulting to business growth and smooth commercial operations
· Overseeing sales activities, new product introduction, PLC management & GTM strategy formulation of annual/ quarterly/monthly sales targets
· Steering consumer insight generated product development roadmap
· Identifying market opportunities to develop product pricing, promotion & placement strategy
· Administered product pipeline management with production subsidiary, developing a sustained delivery network & effectively managing the supply chain and ensuring timely and cost effective stock availability.
· Appointed advisors and led a team of 37 advisors engaged in enhancing business and activation
· Achieved and maintained healthy activity ratio of MTD and YTD targets
· Assisted financial advisors in professional excellence, devised training and development plans for the advisors
· Ensured delivery of project proposals and collaborated with advisors to showcase and train them on trading
· Overachieved goal sheet target by 25% on the collected premium and 100% on recruitment standards
